Support the cost of laying concrete roads

On October 27th, 2022, the People's Committee of Vinh Hau Commune, An Phu District received a donation of 2,000 bags of cement worth VND360,000,000 to complete a 3 km stretch along Vang Xam road connecting Vinh Linh Hamlet to the bridgehead of Residential Area 2, Vinh Ngu Hamlet.

Since then, the road has been renovated and upgraded, which transformed the face of the countryside improved people's socio-economic condition and quality of life, and promoted cultural activities in the district.
