"This month's CSR activity was so much fun. I was surprised by how differently everyone reacted to the same situations." – Tuyen, Accounting Department, N.H.O Group.

At work, we often know each other through meetings, deadlines, and shared goals. But we rarely stop to ask a simple question: "How are you feeling?"

On July 15 and 16, employees from across N.H.O Group joined the Emotion Bingo mini game. Through familiar, everyday situations, the activity encouraged participants to recognize their own emotions while gaining a better understanding of how their colleagues might experience the same situations differently.

Beyond the excitement of the game, the workshop sparked meaningful conversations and new perspectives. As emotions were identified and shared, discussions became more open, giving everyone the opportunity to better understand both themselves and the people they work with every day.

Creating a psychologically safe workplace does not mean everyone has the same feelings or opinions. It means creating a space where people feel comfortable expressing their emotions and know they will be heard with respect.

Through activities, N.H.O hopes these conversations will continue beyond the workshop and become part of everyday work life because sometimes, true understanding begins with something as simple as recognizing and naming our own emotions, and those of the people we work alongside.
