AN ADVENTURE WITH OUR “LITTLE GREEN WARRIORS” – LEARNING TO SORT WASTE

“Now I know which bin to put plastic bottles in!”

On the afternoon of July 3, starting with a familiar plastic bottle, the children at City Tower Apartment, Binh Duong, learned more about waste sorting and reuse.

At Alpha Family Center, the young residents explored simple and familiar topics: why waste sorting is important, how old items can be reused, and how each person’s small actions can help protect the environment.

Instead of simply listening to reminders about environmental protection, the children learned through games and hands-on activities. From sorting inorganic and organic waste to finding ways to reuse familiar items, each activity helped them remember what they learned in a more natural way.

In particular, old plastic bottles were given a “new life” as small plant pots made by the children themselves. Some carefully chose their favorite colors, while others paid attention to every little detail as they decorated their pots. They were happy to see the creations they had made with their own hands.

The Little Green Warriors program was organized by the CSR Department in collaboration with Alpha Plus Property Management during the summer, with the aim of giving young residents useful environmental experiences through creative and engaging activities.

Through this small experience, N.H.O hopes that every Little Green Warrior will bring these environmental lessons home – from sorting waste and reusing old items to building greener habits in everyday life.
