Work-related stress is something many people experience, yet we do not always recognize the signals our body and mind are sending. According to the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the World Health Organization (WHO), around 42% of employees in Vietnam experienced work-related stress in 2023.

To support employees' long-term well-being, the CSR Department partnered with the HR Department to launch a year-long mental wellness program featuring a variety of topics.

Through an interactive "Myths or Facts" quiz, participants explored common misconceptions about stress, learned to recognize its effects on both body and mind, and reflected on how they deal with pressure in their daily work.

The workshop was held during the company's monthly birthday celebration, giving employees a chance to step away from their daily tasks, focus on their well-being, and connect with colleagues.

After the session, Mr. Phat (CS - N.H.O) shared: "The workshop was very helpful. I hope to learn more practical ways to manage stress."

At N.H.O, employee well-being is an important part of building a sustainable workplace. Through meaningful activities like this, we hope every team member gains a better understanding of their mental health and feels empowered to recognize, manage, and care for it every day.
