GREEN DAY 2026 – RECONNECTING WITH NATURE IN THE HEART OF THE CITY

"Next time the company has an event like this, can I come again? I had so much fun!"

That was a message from one of a staff’s children after Green Day 2026 - a simple sentence that captured the feelings of the 40 N.H.O Group members and their families who joined the event on the morning of June 27 at Tao Dan Park, Ho Chi Minh City.

eeds inside, and even discover the unique scent of cinnamon bark.

Through these familiar things, both adults and children learned something new: butterfly pea flowers can be used to make tea and cakes; ferns existed long before dinosaurs; and a breadfruit leaf can be bigger than a hand fan, while its seeds are surprisingly tasty.

There was more than just listening and observing. Families also joined a creative workshop, making pictures with leaves and planting small seeds in coconut-fiber pots to take home and care for. These simple activities gave everyone a chance to explore, experience and create more happy moments together.

Many employees’ children also joined the event.

The fun continued with five challenges set up around the park. Completing them helped contribute 85 new trees to the “Plant Trees, Grow Forests 2026” program by Fly To Sky Social Enterprise. It may be a small contribution, but it helped turn the Green Day experience into a meaningful action for the environment beyond the event itself.

As Green Day came to an end, what stayed with everyone was more than new things they had learned about nature or the little plants they took home. It was also the joy of having a memorable day together, surrounded by nature and the people they love.
