Some journeys are not measured by time, but by the growth of the people who experience them.

Six years ago, the SAL Scholarship Program was established with a vision of nurturing talented and compassionate future leaders for Vietnam. Alongside its business growth, N.H.O has always viewed social responsibility as a long-term commitment. The sixth year of SAL is not only an important milestone for the program, but also a renewed promise to continue supporting young people as they pursue their education, develop their potential, and contribute to society.

On September 26, 2025, the SAL Scholarship Award Ceremony, themed "A Journey of Growth," was held in a warm and meaningful atmosphere. This year, the program welcomed six outstanding students from a wide range of disciplines, including Information Technology, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, Multimedia Communications, Arts Studies, and Social Work. Each student brought their own dreams, unique story, and aspirations as they began a new chapter with the SAL community.

For SAL, a scholarship is about much more than financial support. Throughout their university journey, students are paired with dedicated and experienced mentors who provide guidance on personal growth, career development, and life beyond the classroom. They also become part of the SAL community, where they have opportunities to learn, connect with others, and continue growing through a variety of activities and development programs.

This year's ceremony also celebrated three SAL scholars who had recently graduated and secured employment soon after completing university. From their first days on campus to confidently stepping into their professional careers, each milestone reflects their perseverance and determination. For SAL, the greatest achievement is not only seeing students complete their studies, but also watching them move forward with the confidence and desire to make a positive impact on their communities.

As part of the event, the Scholarship Committee organized a small exhibition showcasing memorable moments, milestones, and stories from the first five years of the SAL Scholarship Program. It was an opportunity for scholars, mentors, and guests to reflect on the journey they have shared and celebrate the experiences that have shaped the SAL community into what it is today.

Six years is a meaningful milestone, but it is also the beginning of many new journeys. As today's scholars continue to grow and, one day, become mentors for future generations, the spirit of SAL will continue to be passed on. Through trust, meaningful support, and opportunities provided at the right time, SAL remains committed to nurturing talented and compassionate leaders for Vietnam.
